Kaicheng Luo

Kaicheng Luo is a second-year PhD student at MIT Economics department. His research interest lies in Political Economy, Environment, IO and Development Economics. He works on a wide variety of projects on topics including policy learning, innovation, emigration, censorship, and pollution mitigation. Prior to joining MIT, Kaicheng worked at Harvard Econ as a predoc for David Y. Yang. He received his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE) from Peking University.
